RemoteToPC provides unattended remote desktop access, attended support through Remote Rescue, and remote management for individuals, businesses, MSPs, and IT teams. Connections are available through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Core capabilities include remote file transfer, drag-and-drop copying, remote printing, multi-monitor pop-out screens, user and computer management, and connection and user-action logs.

The published plans are paid and include a 14-day trial. Basic supports 10 remote computers, while Business supports 20; both include unlimited remote sessions, multi-to-multi monitor support, remote printing, and file transfer. Teams adds unlimited user accounts, shared team access, and 50 remote computers. IT Starter expands the focus to 100 remote computers with monitoring and alerts, advanced system information, deployments, grouping, reboot, Safe Mode, and Wake-on-LAN. IT Pro, IT Team, and IT Business raise capacity to 250, 500, and 1,000 remote computers, respectively, while adding unlimited user accounts and sessions. Enterprise is designed for 1,000+ remote computers. The pricing page presents monthly-equivalent prices billed annually.

RemoteToPC’s main strength is the progression from straightforward remote access to structured IT management. The higher tiers combine monitoring, alerts, system information, deployments, and recovery controls with group and user administration, giving support teams more operational coverage than the entry plans. Its platform range also supports access across desktop, mobile, and web environments. Choose it if your priority is managed remote access with file transfer, printing, attended support, and scalable device administration. Consider another option if your requirements center on capabilities outside this remote-access and IT-management focus.
