Regain Office 365 Email Backup Tool is Windows desktop software for exporting and backing up Microsoft 365 mailboxes to local formats. It is suited to individuals, organizations, consultants and data recovery providers that need selective control over mailbox data rather than a hosted continuous-backup service. The software supports primary, archive, shared and public-folder mailboxes, along with Exchange Server on-premises and hosted Exchange sources. It can export to PST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, vCard and PDF formats.
Pricing is organized by activation scope. The Starter plan costs $49 per license for personal use, unlimited mailbox conversion and activation on 1 system. Home License costs $89 per license and allows activation on 5 systems for personal use. Corporate License costs $199 per license, supports organizations, allows activation on 20 systems and adds mailbox migration to supported email services. Technician License costs $449 per license, supports data recovery providers, AMC companies and consultants, allows activation on 50 systems and includes mailbox migration. The trial can process 30 items per folder before purchase.
