RefAssure is a web-based reference-checking platform for recruitment agencies, employers, schools, healthcare providers and care organisations. It captures candidate consent, sends branded reference requests, follows up through email and SMS, collects online or email responses, and produces PDF reports with timestamped audit trails. The workflow also supports custom questionnaires, multiple referees, shared team access and secure online referee forms, making it suited to teams that need structured checks without a subscription commitment.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go through credit packs. The 10-credit plan costs £9.99 and includes five email chasers per reference, two SMS reminders, a Professional PDF report and a full audit trail. The 25-credit plan costs £23.75 with the same listed features. At 50 credits for £45, the plan adds everything included, unlimited team access and credits that never expire.
