A focused Google Workspace backup service with broad coverage and unlimited retention.

Redstor Google Workspace Backup is a cloud-native backup and recovery service for organizations and IT service providers. It protects Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, and Classroom through a web-based RedApp. The service is suited to teams that need coverage across core Google Workspace data types, scheduled backups, and long-term retention without managing a separate storage model.
Coverage extends beyond basic file backup. Gmail protection includes messages, labels, attachments, spam, and trash, while Google Contacts, Calendar, and Classroom are also included. Daily or custom backup schedules support recurring protection, and the published recovery options include single-item, folder, user, different-account, and new-folder restores. Malware detection for backup files adds a specific protection layer for recovery data, while immutable off-site backups are designed to preserve backup copies from changes.
Retention is a key differentiator: Redstor describes unlimited retention at the product level, and storage is included in the service model. According to the vendor’s pricing approach, buyers request a quote rather than selecting from a public plan list, and the product includes a 30-day free trial. Redstor is a strong fit for organizations prioritizing broad Google Workspace coverage, granular recovery, and long retention. Teams seeking a wider range of productivity platforms or a transparent self-serve price structure should consider a more broadly scoped or publicly priced alternative.
