RedSeed review
A leader-led learning platform that connects coaching, courses, practice, and reporting.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Sep 2026
RedSeed combines learning management with employee coaching for organisations developing workforce skills and manager capability. Its audience includes learning, HR, people, and leadership teams that want leaders to reinforce courses through practice, feedback, 1:1 agendas, notes, tasks, recordings, and course recommendations. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API, with leader-learner coaching loops at the centre of its approach.
The paid structure is split between Pro and Enterprise. Pro includes SCORM and xAPI course uploads, a reporting dashboard, custom learning pathways, nudges and reminders, a rewards programme, and multi-device access. Enterprise adds volume pricing, multi-tenanted sites, single sign-on, API integrations, training-record migration, and personalised onboarding. According to the vendor's pricing page, the LMS presents Pro pricing and Enterprise as contact-sales; the published category starting-price figure is 6.50. RedSeed also offers a content library with 180+ video-based eLearning courses and optional coaching loops, plus a content authoring tool for course creation and upload to the RedSeed LMS.
Its strongest fit is a leader-led development programme that needs learning progress connected to manager conversations and business systems. Reporting covers training progress, while API connections can link payroll systems, HRIS, and business-reporting tools. Mobile access supports participation across devices, and Enterprise features suit organisations needing SSO, multiple sites, or training-record migration. RedSeed is less suitable for buyers seeking a dedicated coaching-management product with a broad coaching marketplace or primarily coach-admin workflows. Choose it when learning delivery, practice, feedback, and manager capability belong in one programme; consider an alternative when coaching management is the main requirement.
