Recognize is an employee recognition and rewards platform for organizations building structured workplace appreciation programs. It supports peer-to-peer recognition, manager recognition, customizable badges, nominations, voting, points, budgets, reporting, gamification, and automated anniversary and birthday recognition. Web, iOS, Android, chat integrations, Microsoft 365 connections, and an API give teams several ways to participate. It is best suited to organizations that want a Microsoft-centered recognition program with rewards and administrative controls.
The three plans are organized by organizational maturity and program scope. Start-Up includes social recognition, gift card rewards, automated work anniversaries, HRIS connection, single sign-on, and advanced reporting. Mid-Market adds manager support, nominations, swag, challenges, and Amazon, experience, gift card, and other rewards, while including the Start-Up Package.
