Recognize is an employee recognition and rewards platform for organizations building structured workplace appreciation programs. It supports peer-to-peer recognition, manager recognition, customizable badges, nominations, voting, points, budgets, reporting, gamification, and automated anniversary and birthday recognition. Web, iOS, Android, chat integrations, Microsoft 365 connections, and an API give teams several ways to participate. It is best suited to organizations that want a Microsoft-centered recognition program with rewards and administrative controls.

The three plans are organized by organizational maturity and program scope. Start-Up includes social recognition, gift card rewards, automated work anniversaries, HRIS connection, single sign-on, and advanced reporting. Mid-Market adds manager support, nominations, swag, challenges, and Amazon, experience, gift card, and other rewards, while including the Start-Up Package. Enterprise adds international programs, frontline support, live event ticket rewards, AI employee summaries, and customizations, and includes all packages. Each tier uses custom pricing, with annual billing and a 30-day full-refund period after signing an agreement.

Microsoft ecosystem fit is a central strength. Recognize integrates with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure, while also supporting Slack, HRIS synchronization, SAML 2.0 SSO, SMS, and API access. Its rewards catalog, budget controls, nomination campaigns, and AI-enabled employee reporting support programs that need more structure than basic appreciation messages. Organizations wanting global rewards, frontline support, manager-led recognition, or Microsoft 365 integration should shortlist Recognize. Teams seeking a narrowly focused, simple recognition tool may find its plan structure and feature breadth more than they need.
