Recart is an SMS marketing and list-growth platform for direct-to-consumer Shopify brands. It supports SMS and MMS campaigns, opt-in popups, automated messaging flows, audience segmentation, testing, reporting and two-way messaging. Its main audience is high-volume ecommerce teams that need subscriber growth and automated customer communication within Shopify-centered workflows.
Pricing is structured around monthly message capacity. The Starter plan costs $299 per month and includes 23,000 SMS messages and 8,795 MMS messages. Pro costs $499 per month with 41,583 SMS messages and 15,354 MMS messages, while Scale costs $999 per month with 100,000 SMS messages and 33,300 MMS messages. Enterprise uses custom pricing. Across the paid plans, Recart also offers managed onboarding, campaign support and customer-success services.
