Readymode is a web-based outbound customer engagement platform for sales teams, lead-generation operations, agencies, BPOs, and call centers. Its core focus is high-volume calling, combining predictive, progressive, power, and preview dialing with voicemail drops, a built-in CRM, lead management, call recording, reporting, and blended inbound and outbound calling. Configurable queues, dispositions, dialing speed, caller-ID controls, and call cadences give teams control over how outreach is organized and delivered.

Pricing is structured around two plans. Readymode Starter costs $239 per license per month with monthly billing, or $199 per license per month when billed annually. The annual option is shown with a 20% discount and is billed upfront for a 12-month term. Starter includes core outbound dialing features, supports 1+ licenses, includes up to 30 phone numbers per license, and includes outbound minutes subject to a fair-use policy. Readymode iQ costs $299 monthly or $249 per license per month with annual billing, is positioned for 5+ licenses, includes up to 75 phone numbers per license, and adds advanced features for high-performance outreach. Both plans include outbound minutes subject to a fair-use policy.

The platform fits operations that need more than a standalone voicemail tool. Predictive dialing, local presence analysis, call recording, monitoring, analytics, API capabilities, and integrations including HubSpot, Close CRM, GoHighLevel, Copper CRM, and Airtable support a wider outreach workflow. Voicemail Drop is eligibility-restricted, requires proof of opt-in or consent, and incurs an additional cost, so it is not a simple default feature for every account. Mac OS is not supported. Readymode is a strong choice for teams managing high-volume, multi-step calling; smaller teams seeking a lower-cost or simpler voicemail solution should look elsewhere.
