Our verdict on RB Tech Internship Management System
RB Tech Internship Management System is a web-based system from RB Tech Services for colleges and universities managing internships across students, faculty, employers, and placement teams. It covers the lifecycle from student registration and offer-letter verification through company empanelment, matching, allocation, mentoring, progress reviews, attendance, evaluations, certification, and Pre-Placement Offer conversion. The product is particularly suited to Indian higher-education institutions that need structured internship administration alongside AICTE documentation and export workflows.
Its strongest area is workflow coverage. Students can submit registration details, upload offer letters, report weekly progress, and complete attendance and internship requirements. Companies receive a registration and empanelment portal, while institutions can assign faculty mentors, review progress, collect employer feedback, manage evaluations, and gather e-signatures. Completion certificates have a repository and verification flow. These capabilities give placement cells a connected process rather than separate handling for approvals, monitoring, assessment, and final documentation.
According to the published product details, the system is offered on the web and follows a contact-sales pricing model, with prospective customers directed toward a demo. That makes it a fit for institutions evaluating a managed platform around their internship process, especially where AICTE-related documentation and multi-party approvals matter. The product was founded in 2018 and is positioned for single-campus colleges through multi-campus universities. Institutions seeking a focused system for compliant internship tracking should consider it; teams looking for a broader software ecosystem or a platform beyond web access should compare alternatives before choosing.
