RAD CRM is a cloud-based mortgage CRM for loan officers and mortgage businesses. It brings borrower, lead, contact, account, and loan-pipeline management together with LOS integrations, marketing automation, multichannel messaging, referral-partner tools, reporting, prequalification letters, 1003 generation, and mobile access. The product is aimed at teams that want marketing, lending workflows, and relationship management in one system rather than a narrowly focused contact database.

Pricing is organized into two paid monthly plans. Expert costs $197 per month and includes LOS integrations, unlimited pipelines, unlimited contacts, email marketing and campaigns, SMS and email templates, plus calendars, websites, funnels, and reporting. Master costs $350 per month and includes everything in Expert, along with the RETR realtor-relationship engine, agent discovery, automated agent engagement, a relationship dashboard, and a refi tracker. Additional team-member and usage charges apply, so teams should account for those costs when comparing plans. There is no free plan, making the product a more substantial commitment for smaller practices.

RAD CRM’s main strength is breadth. Its unified inbox covers SMS, email, webchat, Facebook, and Google messages, while integrations include Arive, LendingPad, RETR, MABLS, Addy AI, UWM, Google Calendar, Zapier, Mailchimp, Twilio, iMessage, and WhatsApp. Referral portals, agent discovery, relationship dashboards, and refinancing tools make Master particularly relevant to teams that depend on realtor relationships. Choose RAD CRM when multichannel outreach and mortgage-specific workflows justify the monthly cost. Teams seeking a simpler CRM or clearly documented compliance workflows should consider alternatives.
