QueueDesk is a cloud-based internal service desk for small IT, HR, and operations teams supporting organizations of roughly 20–300 employees. It brings together email-to-ticket intake with threaded replies and an employee self-service portal, then adds ticket queues, assignment rules, configurable first-response and resolution SLAs, ITIL workflows, a service catalog, a knowledge base, reporting, and AI assistance through QueAssist. The product is suited to teams that need structured internal request handling without per-agent billing.
Pricing is organized around flat organisational plans. Starter is free forever and includes unlimited employees and 50 QueAssist credits. Growth costs $99 per organisation per month when billed monthly, or $79 per organisation per month when billed annually; both options include unlimited employees and 500 QueAssist credits. Scale costs $199 per organisation per month when billed monthly and includes unlimited employees and 2,000 QueAssist credits. The pricing structure gives small teams a free entry point, while paid tiers primarily expand AI-assistance capacity and retain the same organisational pricing model.
QueueDesk’s strongest fit is SLA visibility for internal support: teams can set priority-based targets for High, Medium, and Low tickets and view progress bars, breach indicators, and overdue dashboard counts. Agentic auto-resolution can escalate to human teams, while AI supports categorization, prioritization, summarization, and suggested resolutions. The trade-off is a focused ecosystem: QueueDesk is web-only, with listed integrations for Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and custom MCP servers. Choose it for a small internal service desk that values AI-assisted SLA workflows; consider an alternative if broad platform coverage or a wider integration catalogue is central to the buying decision.
