Our verdict on Qualflare

Qualflare is a cloud-based test management and observability platform for QA teams, developers, and organizations running automated tests in CI pipelines. It collects test results through a CLI or REST API, manages manual test cases, suites, plans, and launches, and adds dashboards, execution comparisons, defect tracking, flaky-test detection, and AI-assisted failure analysis. It suits teams that want automated test analytics and manual quality workflows in one product rather than a reporting tool focused only on CI output.

The freemium structure gives teams a practical starting point. Starter costs $0 per user per month with monthly billing and includes unified test management, API access, basic analytics and reporting, CI/CD integrations, and community support. Core costs $16 per user per month with annual billing, adding shared steps and test plans, flaky-test detection, AI failure clustering and root-cause analysis, auto defect creation, and priority email support. Scale costs $48 per user per month with annual billing and adds AI test suite optimization plus advanced analytics and reporting. Enterprise includes unlimited projects and users, unlimited test cases and reports, SAML single sign-on, a 99.9% SLA, and 24/7 customer support.

Qualflare has broad ecosystem coverage, supporting frameworks including JUnit, pytest, Go, Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, k6, and Trivy. Its six CI/CD integrations are GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, and Azure DevOps; Jira, Slack, Discord, GitHub Issues, GitLab Issues, and webhooks extend the workflow. The trade-off is a cloud-only model with a 90-day retention period, which may not suit teams requiring self-hosting or longer historical analysis. Choose Qualflare for combined test management and CI analytics; consider an alternative if deployment control or extended retention is central.
