PumpPilot is cloud-based petrol pump management software for Indian fuel-station owners, including IOCL, BPCL and HPCL operators. Owner, manager, operator and viewer roles support shared station workflows, while multi-site oversight is available through the Customized offering. The product is aimed at small and mid-market teams that want faster daily controls without managing local software infrastructure.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, the Monthly plan costs INR 999 per month and includes shift, dip, credit and expense modules, unlimited nozzles and credit customers, WhatsApp and SMS alerts, a morning WhatsApp report, multi-user access and 365-day cloud history. A 10-day full-feature trial is available without a credit card. Six Months and Annual plans list the same highlighted modules, while Customized adds all modules, multi-site support and a stated fit for 5+ pumps.
