Psychia is a mobile AI app for everyday emotional support on iOS and Android. It supports text conversations about emotions, stress, sleep, low moods, relationships and other difficult moments, with anonymous and private check-ins. The service describes 24/7 availability and says its AI was developed with psychologists and psychotherapists. It does not diagnose or replace therapy, and it directs people in crisis toward crisis lines or professional help.
Psychia uses a freemium plan structure. Lite provides unlimited text conversations, an instant model and 10 conversations on hand, but is subject to a queue. Go adds no queue and unlimited consultation history while retaining unlimited text conversations and the instant model. Plus adds memory across conversations and a thinking model, alongside no queue and unlimited consultation history. Max adds voice conversations, memory, a thinking model, no queue and full history. Voice is therefore reserved for the highest listed tier, while memory and unlimited history are paid-plan features.
