Propstack is a cloud-based real estate CRM for residential and commercial brokers, project sales teams, banks and franchise organizations. It brings contact, property, project, deal and activity management together with lead qualification, marketing and mobile access. Agencies handling property inquiries and project sales may value its property-to-prospect matching and workflow automation; teams looking for a general-purpose CRM may find its property focus less suitable.
Matching is a central part of the product: teams can match properties and prospects using search criteria, manage lead qualification and deal pipelines, and automate inquiry handling and exposé delivery. Landing pages and project exposés support custom domains, while appointment scheduling includes automatic reminders. AI assistance can draft property descriptions and email copy. Mobile CRM synchronization is available, and the platform supports web, iOS, Android and API access. Integrations include ImmoScout24, immowelt.de, openimmo, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, DocuSign and Power BI.

Enterprise includes all Standard functions, plus an own AWS server, a service level agreement and custom features; no Enterprise price is stated here. Standard may suit agencies that need its matching and automation features; buyers needing the Enterprise hosting or customization options should compare that plan, while cost-sensitive teams may prefer another option.
