Propman is web-based property management and accounting software for UK property owners, investors, block managers, commercial managing agents and occupiers. It brings together property and portfolio records, purchase and sales ledgers, service-charge accounting, budgeting, bank reconciliation, reporting, maintenance workflows and communications. Tenant, supplier, client and user portals extend access beyond the core team. Its strongest fit is commercial property management where service-charge processes and financial reporting need to sit alongside operational workflows.

The product has broad functional coverage rather than a narrow accounting focus. Teams can work with budget-versus-actual reporting, variance reporting, custom report writing and scheduled reports, while maintenance and contractor workflow management support day-to-day property operations. That range can suit organisations managing several connected processes in one environment. It may be more than smaller teams need if their requirements are limited to basic property records or ledger work.

Propman also supports third-party connections with Spike Global, Xenith, Fixflo, Dwellant, Opayo and Salesforce, alongside API/web services. The published product information describes cloud access through a web-based login, and Grosvenor Systems provides implementation, training and ongoing support. Pricing uses a contact-sales model. Manual Bank Feeds are standard, while automatic Open Banking feeds are planned as a separately licensed future feature. Choose Propman for service-charge accounting combined with portfolio, maintenance and portal capabilities; consider another option if automatic bank feeds or transparent plan pricing are essential.
