The Pro plan adds step-by-step compliance guidance, state-specific notice and document generation, expense tracking, reports, EOFY tax summaries and cashflow reporting. That makes the paid tier more relevant to landlords who need structured financial oversight or more help with tenancy administration, rather than only a central place for records and reminders.
