It brings project planning, work breakdown structures, task management, agile boards, resource planning, time recording, CRM, ticketing, invoicing and financial controls into one system. Customer portals support tickets, documents and project collaboration, while profitability analysis and budget monitoring connect delivery work with commercial oversight. Teams can use it through the web or deploy it in their own infrastructure.
Pricing is built around a €29 per user per month license with annual billing. The projectfacts license includes all modules, has no editions or feature gates, and carries a one-year term. Hosting is separate: Basic hosting costs €10 per month annually and includes a shared Frankfurt server, 7-day backups and automatic version updates; Standard hosting costs €100 per month annually and adds a dedicated Frankfurt server, API access and Microsoft 365 single sign-on. Own hosting is listed at €0 per month annually and runs in the customer's infrastructure or chosen data center, with updates and patches included.
