Our verdict on PrivaroVPN
PrivaroVPN is a consumer VPN service for people who want encrypted connections and stealth options on Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android. Its focus on obfuscated WireGuard and TLS stealth transport is relevant to users on networks that block VPN connections, including buyers considering VPNs for Iran. The apps also offer server selection or SmartConnect, which selects based on latency. It is a better fit for individual or small-scale use than for anyone needing Linux support or a broader platform list.
Its standout feature is the automatic switch to stealth transport when the default route is blocked. The available transports include Obfuscated WireGuard (AmneziaWG) and TLS stealth on port 443; WireGuard is also available as the standard protocol. This gives users a fallback route without relying only on manual server selection. SmartConnect adds latency-based server choice, while a kill switch and DNS and IPv6 leak protection address connection interruptions and leaks. Split tunneling is available on Windows and Android. These features describe the vendor's offering, not a guarantee that connections will work on every restricted network.
Pricing depends on commitment: the 1-month plan is €8.99 per month, the 12-month plan is €3.99 per month, and the 24-month plan is €2.49 per month, billed as €59.76 every 24 months. The 12- and 24-month plans list the full network and protocols, with priority support and highest priority support respectively; the monthly plan lists standard support. Plan details state up to 10 devices at once across tiers. A 7-day trial includes 5 GB and requires a card, and paid purchases have a 14-day refund period. Choose PrivaroVPN if automatic stealth switching, multiple devices, and a low long-term rate matter most. Choose another service if Linux support is essential or if you need to avoid a long upfront commitment.
