PrivacyEngine is a cloud-based SaaS platform for organisations managing data protection and privacy compliance. Developed by Sytorus Ltd, it supports records of processing activities, privacy risk management, data subject rights requests, retention obligations, DPIAs, breach and incident management, third-party assessments, training, reporting, and embedded privacy workflows. Its coverage suits teams across retail, hospitality, healthcare, financial services, government, and not-for-profit organisations that want a central system for ongoing privacy programmes.
The plan structure starts with a continuing Free plan that includes a Learning Management System, risk management, records of processing activities, mandatory logs, DPIAs, and a programme of work. Starter adds an LMS for up to 50 employees, two hours of consulting support, IT systems logs, third-party management, and an assessment feature. Standard adds an LMS for up to 150 employees, five hours of consulting support, two data champions, DPIAs, and Single Sign On. Advanced extends the LMS to up to 500 employees, includes eight hours of consulting support, five data champions, and a PrivacyPulse license. Enterprise offers bespoke quotation and flexible configuration. The published plans show that paid tiers require a demo or bespoke quotation.
PrivacyEngine’s strongest fit is for organisations that need breadth rather than a narrow privacy workflow. Integrations include ActiveCampaign, Airtable, Asana, AWS, Google Cloud, Google Drive, HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft Teams, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify, and Slack, with web and API access supporting platform and ecosystem fit. The feature set also covers data inventory, automated discovery, regulatory workflows, retention management, and privacy assessments. Choose PrivacyEngine when a broad compliance programme, structured training, vendor oversight, and connected privacy operations matter together. Teams seeking only a lightweight standalone request tracker may find its wider programme scope unnecessary.
