Printix is cloud-based print management software for organizations managing printers across offices, remote locations, and mobile devices. It suits businesses, education institutions, nonprofits, enterprises, and managed service providers that need centralized printer administration, secure release, automated deployment, mobile printing, and usage reporting. Public-cloud and hybrid-cloud deployment options support distributed and home-office environments, while access can be managed by groups.

The Starter plan costs $2.09 per user per month with monthly billing for 15–50 users. It includes all features and integrations, plus unlimited printers, devices, pages, and locations. The Enterprise plan adds tiered volume discounts, invoicing, hybrid cloud features, an education plan with no charge for students, and a nonprofit discount. Partners pricing includes user-based pricing, volume discounts, a self-service portal, and a Not for Resale license. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Tenants with fewer than 15 users are subject to a minimum monthly service fee, while Enterprise and Partners pricing requires contacting sales.

Printix fits organizations invested in Microsoft or Google identity and management tools. Integrations include Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Universal Print, Google Workspace, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Okta, and OneLogin. Employees can print from Android and iOS devices, release jobs with a smartphone, card, or ID code, and use print-anywhere or print-later workflows. Power BI reporting covers users, printers, queues, locations, and costs. Choose Printix for broad platform coverage and centralized hybrid deployment; smaller teams seeking a free plan or fully transparent enterprise pricing should consider alternatives.
