Our verdict on Prezo
Prezo is cloud software for restaurants, restaurant groups, hotels, caterers and central kitchens. It connects purchasing, inventory, recipe cost cards and profitability data in one system. Its kitchen workflows cover recipe books, ingredient quantities, allergens, nutrition information, menu engineering, production planning and multi-location management. Prezo is a strong fit for European operators that want purchasing data to flow into recipe costs, stock management and profitability analysis.
The published monthly plans show a modular pricing structure. The Kitchen module costs €19.90 per month and includes recipe cost cards, menus and menu engineering with manual sales; it is listed as a Prezo Custom module rather than a standalone tier. Starter costs €79.90 per month and adds the PrezIA AI agent, automatic reconciliation, cost analysis, a profitability report and chat support. Popular costs €129.90 per month and includes recipe cost cards, menus, inventory, menu engineering, PrezIA and chat and phone support. Traceability costs €49.90 per month for productions and central-kitchen workflows, while Logistics costs €49.90 per month for inventories, stock reports, deviations and theoretical versus actual consumption. Events costs €29.90 per month, Unlimited support costs €29.90 per month, and additional Users cost €3.90 per user per month. The pricing page also states a 17% saving with annual billing.
Prezo’s main strength is the connection between purchasing and operational control: purchase-price changes can update recipe costs automatically, while inventory, delivery notes, invoices and profitability remain linked.
