Portal is a cloud-based sales platform for audio-visual, security, and IT/MSP integration companies. It brings proposal creation, optional items, expiry dates, digital signatures, client-open notifications, payment requests, customer records, product catalogs, and ordering into one workflow. Client View Mode can hide costs and profit data, while branded client-facing documents support customer presentations. Web, iOS, and API access make it suitable for integrators that manage proposals alongside purchasing and inventory activity.
Pricing is structured across four paid monthly plans. Lite costs $29 per month for 1 user and 10 new proposals per month. Pro costs $89 per month for 2 users and unlimited new proposals, adding advanced proposals. Premium costs $179 per month for 5 users and unlimited new proposals, with proposals plus process tools. Unlimited costs $349 per month and includes all features, unlimited users, and unlimited new proposals. A 14-day full-access trial is available without a credit card, and the pricing page shows a separate 0.25% payment-processing fee. The tier structure makes Lite a starting point for individual proposal work, while teams and higher-volume operations need a paid upgrade.
Portal’s ecosystem is a major part of its fit. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop integrations support proposal and invoice workflows, while Stripe and Square support payments. CRM and workflow connections include Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Salesforce, Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts, alongside industry tools such as iPoint, D-tools SI, ProjX360, and Simply Reliable. Purchase-order creation and supplier ordering extend the platform beyond document production. Choose Portal when proposals need to connect with catalog data, payments, accounting, and purchasing; choose an alternative if you need a free plan, broader proposal analytics, or more users at the entry tier.
