Our verdict on Poisely
Poisely is a desktop AI assistant for interviews and meetings, built for users who need live support during calls as well as structured follow-up afterward. Its meeting mode captures computer call audio and microphone input without joining the call, then produces a speaker-labeled transcript, summary, and action items. Interview-focused features include real-time answer generation, résumé- and document-based profiles, screen reading for coding and assessment questions, and browser-based mock interview practice. It runs on Windows and macOS and works across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and Slack huddles.
Pricing is organized around interviews and usage tiers. Pay as you go costs $5 per interview and includes full Max features, a 24-hour pass, up to 90 minutes, and credits that never expire. The 3 interviews option costs $12 and provides pay-as-you-go credits. Poisely Pro costs $20 per month or $199 per year, adding research and behavioral modes, live transcripts, 50+ languages, and up to 2 meetings per day. Poisely Max costs $40 per month or $399 per year, adding coding mode, screen reading, phone pairing, and questions across saved calls.
The product’s strongest fit is a specialized interview workflow: real-time assistance, screen-aware support, and saved-call search sit alongside meeting transcription and summaries. No-bot desktop capture can suit calls where a joining assistant is undesirable, while the screen-share-excluded desktop window supports focused use during assessments. Its platform coverage is broad across major call services, but calendar integrations are not part of the offering. Choose Poisely for interview preparation, live answer assistance, and searchable meeting records; choose another tool if calendar-connected workflows or a wider general-purpose meeting ecosystem matters more.
