Platform Intranet is an employee intranet from Intranet Solutions for organizations that need internal communication, trusted knowledge, people information, onboarding, learning, forms and workflows in one system. It is particularly suited to structured training environments, including organizations with multiple audiences, branches or departments. Core capabilities include company and leadership news, targeted updates, an employee directory, searchable policies and resources, conditional forms, multistage workflows, permissions and no-code modular editing for authorized owners. Access is available through the web and native iOS and Android apps.
The published pricing structure is organized by user capacity and includes all Platform features at each level. Plans cover Up to 50 users with 20GB of data storage and 20GB of monthly data transfer; 51–200 users with 50GB of each; and 201–400 users with 100GB of each. The Unlimited users plan includes standard native iOS and Android apps and 100GB of monthly data transfer. A listed starting price of AUD 2,000 applies before GST, while monthly data-transfer overage is charged only for the month in which the allowance is exceeded.
