It brings together corporate news, announcements, milestone publishing, targeted content, employee profiles, organization charts, document libraries, reference pages, communities, and recognition features. The plan structure follows increasing levels of collaboration. Essential covers corporate news, announcements, leadership messages, featured document access, and people search. Standard adds communities, recognition and praise, and polls.
