Our verdict on Pentesterra
Pentesterra is an offensive security platform for security teams, developers, enterprises, and managed security providers. It brings automated web and API penetration testing, network penetration testing, breach and attack simulation, exploit verification, vulnerability prioritization, and evidence-backed reporting into one product. Its DevGuard module adds pre-push checks for dependencies, secrets, CI/CD configuration, and API routes. The platform supports web, API, and self-hosted use, including SaaS, dedicated PaaS, hybrid infrastructure, and fully on-premises deployment.
Pricing is structured for gradual expansion. The Free plan includes limited network scanning, DevGuard for 1 project, 3 scans per month, and up to 3 unique hosts. Vibe Coding costs €23 per month and adds DevGuard for 3 projects, 20 scans per month, and 300 dependencies per scan. Vibe Coding Pro costs €75 per month and adds limited web application pentesting, DevGuard for 5 projects, attack-chain analysis, and a performance scanner node. Small Team costs €299 per month and includes full web application pentesting, network scanning, compliance packs, and limited CI/CD integration. Team (SMB) costs €1,299 per month and adds continuous validation, internal network scanning, advanced gray/white-box testing, and full compliance and reporting. Enterprise includes all modules, unlimited nodes, targets, and seats, plus single-tenant or on-premises deployment, SIEM hooks, API webhooks, and SSO.
Its broad scope is the main reason to consider it: teams can connect findings across web, network, and code through attack-chain analysis, store proofs and screenshots, automate scans and reporting through the REST API, and connect Jira, ServiceNow, SIEM, SOAR, SAML, OIDC, and CI/CD pipelines. Role-based access control and scope controls support team workflows. Pentesterra suits organizations that want automated coverage across several attack surfaces and a path from free evaluation to enterprise deployment. Teams seeking only a narrow web scanner may find its wider platform unnecessary, while full web testing and advanced capabilities require higher tiers.
