Pay. Pay by Link helps businesses collect payments through links and QR codes shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, invoices, receipts, and other channels. Merchants can create requests in the Pay. Admin Panel or through the iOS and Android apps, then choose permitted payment methods, set expiry dates, add up to three optional fields, and configure a custom thank-you-page redirect. Recurring payments support subscriptions and memberships, making the product relevant to merchants that need both one-time and repeat payment requests.
The published plans show a freemium structure. Pioneer includes payment links with no monthly charge and pay-per-transaction pricing. Professional costs €35 per month and adds more than 50 payment methods plus basic support through chat, email, and phone. Business costs €89 per month and adds a personal account manager and a service level agreement. Premium includes priority support and assistance, with in-person meetings available. This gives smaller merchants a route to start without a monthly charge, while larger payment operations can pay for broader support and service commitments.
Platform fit is a central strength. Pay. Pay by Link is available on the web, iOS, Android, and through an API, and it connects with Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Shopware, Lightspeed, HubSpot, and Payt. The combination of QR-code sharing, mobile transaction management, language and country settings, and selectable payment methods suits merchants that collect payments across physical and digital touchpoints. Choose it if you need managed payment links, recurring requests, and commerce-platform connections. Consider another option if advanced custom checkout is a priority or if transaction-based pricing does not fit your payment model.
