Our verdict on Palisade

Palisade is an agentic DMARC and email-authentication platform for IT teams and managed service providers. It parses DMARC aggregate reports, classifies sending sources, identifies SPF, DKIM, and DMARC issues, and drafts remediation steps for operator approval. Alongside authentication monitoring, it includes hosted DMARC, SPF, and MTA-STS, DNS deployment and verification, SPF flattening, blocklist and sender-reputation monitoring, reporting, API access, and webhooks.

The pricing structure covers several operating models. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes DMARC report parsing, sender classification, notifications and alerts, unlimited users, and email support; the product description specifies one domain with limited email volume. The IT teams plan costs $19 per month with monthly billing, or $15 per month equivalent with annual billing. Those paid plans add hosted DNS records, SPF flattening, unlimited report retention, blocklist and reputation monitoring, and priority support. Enterprise adds custom email volume, SAML single sign-on, custom retention, a dedicated technical contact and SLA, plus custom onboarding and reports. MSP adds per-domain portfolio pricing, a true multi-tenant dashboard, white-label reports, and PSA integrations.

Palisade’s strongest distinction is the combination of AI-assisted remediation and operational controls: teams can move from report analysis to drafted fixes, then deploy and verify DNS records. PSA integrations with ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA make it a practical fit for managed service workflows, while API and webhook access support broader automation. It remains focused on DMARC and email authentication rather than inbox-placement analysis; the platform does not operate a seed list or report Gmail or Outlook folder placement. Choose Palisade for authentication remediation, reputation monitoring, and DNS operations. Choose an alternative if inbox-placement monitoring is central to the workflow.
