Our verdict on PagePledge
PagePledge is a browser-based, cloud read-a-thon fundraising platform for Canadian K–12 schools. Administrators can set campaign dates and goals, import classroom rosters by CSV, create student donation pages and print QR-coded take-home sheets. Teachers record classroom reading minutes, while parents log reading at home and share pages with family and friends. Live dashboards, leaderboards, reports, prize tracking and personalised certificates support campaign administration.
The pricing structure uses three campaign sizes: Small campaign, Medium campaign and Large campaign. Each plan includes all features, with the fee based on campaign student count; published standard pricing starts at 1,000 per campaign. There is no free plan, and PagePledge charges a flat campaign fee rather than a percentage of donations. Schools can connect their own Square or Stripe accounts for card payments, while donation transaction tracking and receipts keep payment activity organized.
For schools prioritizing a reading-centered workflow, the combination of roster import, reading-minute logs, student pages, QR materials and progress dashboards keeps campaign tasks in one web service.
