Our verdict on FutureFund
FutureFund is a cloud-based fundraising and selling platform for schools, districts, PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs and other K-12 organizations. Its toolkit spans donation drives, pledge campaigns, auctions, memberships, event tickets, product sales, forms, reports and family messaging. Pledge participant dashboards, leaderboards and cash-receipt tracking support organized campaigns, while online stores can handle spirit wear, yearbooks and other products. Access is available on the web, iOS and Android, with a separate SnackBar app for in-person payments.
The published Free plan includes all FutureFund features for school groups, with no subscription or setup fees. Supporters pay platform fees at checkout, and those transaction fees vary by payment method and campaign type. That structure can suit PTAs and booster clubs seeking broad functionality without a recurring software bill, while still requiring campaign organizers to account for checkout costs when setting expectations for donors and buyers.
