Ovivio brings nursery administration into one system for childminders, day nurseries and childcare groups. It covers child profiles and development, attendance and check-in/out, daily diaries, family communication, staffing, occupancy, enrolment enquiries, invoicing and reporting. Parents can receive photos and updates in the Ovivio Parent App, and the platform is available on web, iOS and Android. Its breadth makes it relevant to providers who want operational records and family communication alongside finance tools, rather than a standalone learning or classroom-planning product.
The three published tiers add capabilities in clear steps. Essentials costs £79 per month with annual billing or £89 monthly, and includes profiles, registers and diaries, parent communication, incident logging and observations. Professional is £129 per month annually or £149 monthly; it adds an AI writing assistant, development frameworks, occupancy forecasts, invoicing and finance reporting, plus staff registers, rotas and leave tracking.
