Core nursery records, family updates and finance tools, with plans from £79 per month billed annually.

Ovivio brings nursery administration into one system for childminders, day nurseries and childcare groups. It covers child profiles and development, attendance and check-in/out, daily diaries, family communication, staffing, occupancy, enrolment enquiries, invoicing and reporting. Parents can receive photos and updates in the Ovivio Parent App, and the platform is available on web, iOS and Android. Its breadth makes it relevant to providers who want operational records and family communication alongside finance tools, rather than a standalone learning or classroom-planning product.
The three published tiers add capabilities in clear steps. Essentials costs £79 per month with annual billing or £89 monthly, and includes profiles, registers and diaries, parent communication, incident logging and observations. Professional is £129 per month annually or £149 monthly; it adds an AI writing assistant, development frameworks, occupancy forecasts, invoicing and finance reporting, plus staff registers, rotas and leave tracking. Business costs £179 per month annually or £199 monthly, adding enquiry and registration management, forms, in-app payments, business intelligence dashboards and Tax-Free Childcare integration. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Multi-Site is a separate option for groups with 5+ settings, with a dedicated account manager, custom branding, priority support and face-to-face onboarding; pricing is by contact.
The combination of nursery records, family updates and finance connections is the main fit: integrations include Funding Loop, NoodleNow!, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks, alongside Tax-Free Childcare. That makes Ovivio worth considering for UK providers seeking linked administrative workflows across web and mobile. The trade-off is that the more advanced enrolment and payment functions sit on Business, so smaller settings needing those tools must budget for the higher tier. Providers focused chiefly on lesson planning, or seeking a free entry plan, should compare alternatives before choosing Ovivio.
