Overloop review
A broad prospecting suite with strong workflow coverage, but a high starting price.

Overloop is a B2B sales prospecting platform for founders, sales and marketing teams, agencies, and small businesses. It combines a 450M+ prospect database with email finding and verification, AI-generated personalized email writing, and campaign workflows across email and LinkedIn. Teams can configure delays, conditions, follow-ups, schedules, and campaign steps, making it suited to outbound programs that need more than email-only sequences.
Pricing is organized around users and monthly prospect credits. Starter costs $69 per user per month and includes 250 credits, one connected email account, three active campaigns, Slack, the Chrome Extension, and Zapier. Growth costs $99 per user per month and increases the allowance to 500 credits, three connected email accounts, and 10 active campaigns, while adding HubSpot, Pipedrive, and the REST API. Enterprise includes 1,000 credits per user, unlimited email accounts, unlimited campaigns, Salesforce integration, and a dedicated customer success manager. The pricing page advertises a seven-day free trial, and there is no free plan.
Its ecosystem is broad for teams that combine prospecting with CRM and productivity tools. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Exchange, and SMTP. Built-in warm-up, mailbox rotation, deliverability controls, and reply, bounce, out-of-office, open, and click tracking support campaign operations. The documented 250-per-day figure is an upper Smart Limit per connected inbox, not a deliverability guarantee. Overloop fits teams that value database access and multichannel control; smaller teams with light outreach needs or tighter budgets may prefer a simpler, lower-cost tool.
