Outplay is a sales engagement platform for revenue teams managing outbound prospecting and follow-up. It combines email outreach sequences with multichannel engagement across phone, social and SMS, plus a centralised master inbox, sequence rulesets, delays and triggers. CRM synchronization, outreach reporting, A/B testing, AI-assisted sequence and email writing, and conversation intelligence with transcription extend the platform beyond basic email sequencing. It is suited to growing teams that want to coordinate outreach from the web or through its Chrome extension.

The Free Forever plan costs $0 and includes two mailboxes, one user, manual multichannel outreach, a centralised master inbox, triggers automation and an AI mail writer. Starter costs $39 per month when billed annually and includes five mailboxes, one user, email outreach, CRM integration, a sequence library and the centralised master inbox. Growth costs $89 per user per month when billed annually, adding five mailboxes per user, multichannel outreach, Salesforce and Dynamics 365 integrations, a basic dialer and Chrome extension. Enterprise costs $139 per user per month when billed annually, adding 15 mailboxes per user, a power dialer, auto drop voicemail, call recording storage, team management and single sign-on. A seven-day free trial is also available.

Outplay’s lower tiers keep important capacity and calling distinctions in place. The Free Forever plan is limited to one user, two mailboxes and manual multichannel outreach, while Starter remains limited to one user and five mailboxes. Growth provides a basic dialer, but power dialing, voicemail automation, call recording storage and team management are reserved for Enterprise. Teams that need broader calling controls or Enterprise-level administration should consider an alternative if those capabilities are required at a lower tier. Teams focused on affordable, coordinated outbound engagement can choose among the free and annual paid plans as their needs expand.
