Outfield is a mobile-first field sales CRM for outside sales teams that need more than account and pipeline management. Representatives can manage accounts, contacts, deals, leads, visits, check-ins, orders, invoices, and inventory from mobile apps for iOS and Android. Territory maps, account coverage tools, route planning, route optimization, calendar features, and offline workflows support teams working across customer locations. Managers can use the web dashboard to monitor activity, performance, competitions, and leaderboards.
The published plans show a progression from core field execution to more advanced planning and analytics. Upstart includes an Account Manager, Activity Tracker, Task Manager, Account Mapper, and Photos. Champion adds GPS Activity Mapper, Custom Forms, Advanced Market Analytics, Commenting, Account Prospecting, and Reports & Alerts. Dynasty adds Route Optimizer, Activity Heat Mapper, Calendar & Scheduler, Custom Account Fields, Account Map Colorizer, and Deal Pipeline. A Base Price plan combines account and pipeline management, GPS activity mapping, prospecting, Performance+ System, custom forms and analytics, and scheduling. A Success Commission option scales with percent-to-goal, with no success-based commission costs when there is no success.
Outfield can work as a standalone CRM or connect with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, Xero, and Zapier. The published pricing information includes a 30-day trial with no credit card required, while paid pricing requires contacting sales. Choose Outfield if your team needs one system spanning field coverage, sales operations, routing, order capture, and performance management. Teams seeking only a lightweight visit tracker or a free plan should look elsewhere.
