OtterSign is a cloud-based agreement platform for gyms, fitness centers, recreation businesses, and other organizations managing digital waivers, contracts, and membership agreements. Its feature set covers electronic signatures with timestamped audit trails, Smart Forms with guardian-consent workflows, QR code, SMS, email and web-link delivery, check-ins, renewal notifications, driver's-license scanning, and secure cloud storage. Shared-device kiosk mode with offline support makes it suited to facilities handling in-person arrivals as well as remote signing.

The published plan structure runs from Solo through Team, Core, and Business. Solo includes unlimited eSignatures, kiosk mode, real-time notifications, a 30-point audit trail, and unlimited storage. Team adds Bulk Send, custom branding, check-in and web forms, auto reminders, and CRM integrations. Core adds Smart content, Smart address check, automated reports, passcode verification, and Trip Manifest.
