Otters review
Partner-focused MAPs combine co-selling workflows, ecosystem analytics and AI tools.

Otters centers mutual action plans on partner-led growth: vendors and partners share goals, activities, owners, deadlines and progress views in a collaboration workspace. Partner managers, alliance leaders and ecosystem teams can connect those plans to co-selling pipeline management, while key-account and partnership operations teams can use the same environment to coordinate partner programs. Its orientation is specific: teams looking for partner execution workflows are a closer fit than buyers seeking a general-purpose MAP tool.
The feature set extends beyond task and milestone tracking. Playbook-based templates give teams a repeatable starting point for plans, while a Kanban pipeline tracks co-selling activity. Ecosystem analytics include portfolio health and churn-risk alerts; AI partner intelligence and proactive recommendations add a layer for interpreting partner activity. Market development funds management and the AI Hub, which can query and update partner data, further broaden the workflow. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics, alongside Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, Google Workspace and Notion. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini are also listed, as are Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom.
According to the vendor's pricing page, Start is $560 per month billed annually for up to 10 active partners; Grow is $1,260 for up to 25, and Scale is $2,800 for up to 60. All three include unlimited users and MAPs, all platform capabilities, and standard or enhanced support; AI message allowances rise from 500 to 3,000 to 10,000 per month. Enterprise offers custom partner counts, from 50,000 AI messages per month and dedicated support, with custom pricing. A 14-day trial requires no credit card and starts by contacting Otters. The annual billing commitment and entry price make it a more considered fit for organized partner programs than for teams that only need lightweight shared plans.
