Orya review
A practical scheduling and sales system for small salons and massage studios.

Orya is salon and wellness management software for massage studios, salons, spas, and related service businesses. It brings therapist and modality scheduling, online booking, client profiles, appointment history, service setup, memberships, packages, point-of-sale support, payment settings, analytics, and reporting into a web-based system. Its scope fits solo operators, owner-led teams, and small salons that want scheduling and sales tools without focusing on treatment-room allocation or intake workflows.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans per salon. Basic costs $29 per salon per month and includes an online booking calendar, client records and service catalog, staff management, and weekly billing availability. Pro costs $99 per salon per month and adds memberships and inventory, a public booking page, analytics and reporting, and modular add-on expansion. Business costs $199 per salon per month and adds unlimited users, multi-location and team permissions, advanced reporting, and priority support. Annual billing is available for each plan, and the pricing page states that annual billing provides two months free.
Orya’s strongest fit is a business that needs a broad operating toolkit around appointments, clients, services, payments, memberships, and sales. Multi-location management and permissions give the Business plan a clearer path for growing teams, while Basic covers the core scheduling and record-keeping needs of a smaller salon. The tradeoff is that important workflow needs fall outside its stated scope: intake forms and treatment-room scheduling are not included capabilities. Choose Orya for straightforward salon or massage-studio operations with booking and commerce at the center; consider another product if room allocation or structured intake documentation is essential.
