Our verdict on Orunto

Orunto is a paid B2B ordering platform for manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors. It gives business buyers a private web portal where they can view assigned catalogs, buyer-specific prices, product assortments and live inventory, then place orders. On the management side, teams can handle orders, PDF invoices, payment status, stock locations and buyer responsibilities. Buyer access is free of charge, while the business pays for the platform. It is best suited to companies replacing manual B2B order entry with a controlled buyer portal rather than businesses seeking a broad consumer storefront.

Pricing scales by operational depth. Starter costs €79 per month and includes products and inventory, buyer catalogs and orders, tiered pricing, PDF invoices, payment status, one stock location and one team seat. Pro costs €199 per month and adds AI product import, Shopify inventory synchronization, team responsibilities, reports and analytics. Business costs €399 per month and adds multiple stock locations and transfers, automatic bank reconciliation, workflow automations, advanced reports and priority support. Enterprise includes everything in Business, plus any integrations, 24/7 support with an SLA and a dedicated contact manager. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.

The strongest fit is an EU-oriented B2B operation that needs private purchasing rules, payment workflows and inventory visibility in one web-based system. Excel and CSV imports, AI column mapping, open-banking reconciliation, REST API access and webhooks support more connected workflows. The integration list also covers commerce, accounting and shipping tools including Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, DATEV, lexoffice, sevDesk, Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero, DHL, DPD and UPS. Businesses needing desktop or native mobile access, or requiring order validation as a core control, should consider a different order-entry approach.
