ORMPilot is a cloud-based, web-only review management platform for restaurants, dental practices, salons, local businesses, and agencies. It brings Google Business, Yelp, and Facebook Pages into a unified inbox, with AI-generated tone-matched response drafts, direct publishing to Google and Facebook, review requests by SMS and email, new-review and low-star alerts, sentiment themes, rating trends, competitor benchmarking, and multi-location dashboards. Its agency features extend the product to white-label portals, reports, and multi-client management.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans, with a 14-day trial that does not require a credit card. Starter costs $49 per month and includes Google and Yelp connections, 50 AI response drafts, 100 review request contacts, email and in-app alerts, a 30-day analytics dashboard, and one team member seat. Growth costs $99 per month, adds Facebook, unlimited AI drafts, 500 monthly review request contacts, SMS alerts, 12-month analytics and trend charts, and three seats. Agency costs $299 per month and includes up to 15 locations, 5,000 monthly review requests, white-label branding, a custom domain, a multi-client dashboard, API access, and a Zapier connector.
