OrderLyne is a hosted ecommerce platform for Indian D2C brands and Instagram sellers, with a particular focus on WhatsApp-led commerce. It combines a branded storefront, product catalog, COD and online payments, order management, courier workflows, customer campaigns, analytics and GSTR1-ready reporting. Merchants can use an OrderLyne storefront or connect Shopify, while free SSL and custom domains are available through the platform's storefront features. It is best suited to product businesses that want sales, messaging and operational workflows in one focused system.

Free costs INR 0 per month and includes a branded storefront, WhatsApp order alerts, COD and online payments, and basic analytics; the plan is limited to 50 orders per month. Starter costs INR 499 per month and adds unlimited orders, WhatsApp automation flows, multi-courier shipping, GSTR1 reports and abandoned-cart recovery.
