OrderLyne is a hosted ecommerce platform for Indian D2C brands and Instagram sellers, with a particular focus on WhatsApp-led commerce. It combines a branded storefront, product catalog, COD and online payments, order management, courier workflows, customer campaigns, analytics and GSTR1-ready reporting. Merchants can use an OrderLyne storefront or connect Shopify, while free SSL and custom domains are available through the platform's storefront features. It is best suited to product businesses that want sales, messaging and operational workflows in one focused system.

The published plans show a useful progression. Free costs INR 0 per month and includes a branded storefront, WhatsApp order alerts, COD and online payments, and basic analytics; the plan is limited to 50 orders per month. Starter costs INR 499 per month and adds unlimited orders, WhatsApp automation flows, multi-courier shipping, GSTR1 reports and abandoned-cart recovery. Growth costs INR 1,299 per month and adds a custom domain, Meta and Google ROAS tracking, WhatsApp broadcasts, custom drip flows, and priority email and chat support. Pro costs INR 2,999 per month and adds up to three stores, WhatsApp A/B testing, advanced team permissions, API access, webhooks and dedicated onboarding. A 14-day trial is available, and paid plans show an annual billing option with a 17% discount. Prices exclude 18% GST.

OrderLyne's strongest fit is its connected WhatsApp workflow: confirmations, COD verification, delivery updates, broadcasts, segmentation, scheduled campaigns and abandoned-cart recovery sit alongside direct integrations with Delhivery, DTDC and BlueDart. Shopify synchronization, Meta and Instagram connections, no-code automation, NDR management and scheduled GSTR1 email delivery extend the operating scope. The trade-off is focus. Brands needing broader platform coverage, digital-product selling or a less WhatsApp-centered commerce model may prefer a wider ecommerce platform. Choose OrderLyne for Indian physical-product sales with WhatsApp at the center; look elsewhere if breadth is more important than this channel strategy.
