OrbiSearch finds professional email addresses from a person's first name, last name, and company domain, then verifies results against live mail servers. It is aimed at sales teams, data platforms, GTM agencies, and RevOps teams that need individual lookups as well as bulk or API-based processing. Its focus is practical: finding and validating addresses, rather than serving as a broad outreach or prospecting suite. Teams that need those lookup workflows may find the combination of mailbox checks, catch-all handling, and reusable credits a fit; teams seeking a browser extension or a wide integration ecosystem may prefer another tool.

The plans use credits for email finding and validation, with different volumes at each tier. Starter includes 2,000 credits, equivalent to 10,000 validations or 2,000 finder searches, or any mix. Standard has 5,000 credits; Professional 10,000; Business 20,000; Enterprise 100,000; Premium 200,000; Mega 1,000,000; and Ultra 2,000,000. Each plan also states the corresponding validation or search allowance, with the same mix-and-match framing. OrbiSearch offers free access, pay-as-you-go credit packs, and monthly unlimited email-finder plans. Credits do not expire, which can suit teams with uneven lookup demand, while frequent users may value the higher-volume tiers.

Operationally, OrbiSearch supports web and API access, bulk CSV email finding, and REST API lookup and bulk processing. It can validate existing addresses, automatically deduplicate results, and export validated results. Catch-all domain detection and resolution adds a specific check for domains that may not accept ordinary verification. Clay is the listed integration, so teams relying on a broader native app ecosystem should weigh that constraint. OrbiSearch is strongest for teams prioritizing lookup volume, validation, and programmatic or CSV workflows; it is less suitable when browser-based prospecting or extensive integrations are central to the process.

OrbiSearch pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Finds professional emails using a person's name and company domain
    • Combines mailbox verification with catch-all detection and resolution
    • Supports bulk CSV, REST API processing, and non-expiring credits
  • Where it doesn't
    • Only Clay is listed as an integration
    • No browser extension is listed
    • Credit amounts vary by plan, so high-volume needs may require larger tiers
