The service is free, with the Oracle Cloud Migration Service plan priced at $0 and no additional cost for the migration service. That covers the migration workflow itself, including scheduled or manual replication and incremental replication over HTTPS. Oracle separately charges for OCI resources consumed during migration and after deployment, so the service price does not represent the full cost of running the migrated workloads.
