Optimy is a web-based application and social-impact management platform for foundations, corporations, universities, public institutions and nonprofits. It supports grants, scholarships, fellowships, volunteering and related programs through branded application portals, configurable forms, eligibility screening, reviewer scoring, approval routing, award records, payment scheduling, project tracking and outcome reporting. Its feature set fits teams managing structured programs from intake through reporting rather than organizations seeking a simple form builder.
The Start plan costs €650 per month and includes end-to-end program management, industry data and templates, some low-value task automation, independent configuration, dedicated account management and security standards. Smart includes Start features, multiple programs in one platform, all low-value task automation, advanced industry features and expert support. Professional includes Smart features, all programs in one platform, full access to Optimy features and expert services. Smart and Professional use custom pricing, so the published entry price applies specifically to Start. Separately presented annual service levels range from Basic at €1,000 per year to Advanced at €5,000 per year, adding different response times, professional services, training and security-related support.
