Applicant-facing tools include profiles, status visibility, autosave, mobile-responsive access and configurable forms with conditional logic, validation and file uploads.
Its strongest area is review governance. Organizations can assign reviewers, coordinate committees, use blind review and apply conflict-of-interest controls. Weighted scoring rubrics, score aggregation and score normalization support more consistent evaluation across applications.
