OpsYnt ITSM is an ITIL-aligned service management platform for internal IT, HR, facilities, and other shared-service teams. It combines incident, problem, change, request, asset, configuration, knowledge, SLA, reporting, and employee self-service capabilities in a cloud deployment. Its problem-management tools cover root-cause analysis, known-error records, workaround publication, incident linking, and permanent-fix workflows, making it a fit for teams that need to move beyond ticket resolution and track recurring service issues.
The plan structure adds capability progressively. Starter includes ticketing, CRM, knowledge base, a client portal, basic SLAs, and community support. Pro adds billing automation with Stripe, dispatch and scheduling, RMM integrations, asset management and CMDB, standard AI Copilot, and email support. Business is the key tier for this category, adding change and problem management, advanced AI Copilot, advanced reporting, custom dashboards, a public REST API, and priority support. Enterprise adds SSO with SAML/OIDC and SCIM, a dedicated CSM, a 99.9% uptime SLA, on-premise or private-cloud deployment, custom integrations, data residency, and immutable audit logs. A 30-day trial is available.
Platform fit is a clear strength for organizations with mixed service workflows. OpsYnt ITSM supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, plus integrations with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, RMM/APM systems, and Stripe. No-code automation, dynamic service-catalog forms, approval workflows, SLA breach alerts, and reporting for MTTR, FCR, CSAT, SLA attainment, and backlog extend the platform beyond problem records. Choose it when one system should connect problem management with incidents, changes, assets, and employee requests. Teams seeking problem management below the Business tier, or a narrower ticketing tool, may prefer a simpler alternative.
