OpenCLM is contract lifecycle management software for legal, procurement, finance, and other teams that create, review, approve, sign, track, and renew agreements. Its core workspace combines a searchable repository with metadata, tagging, full-text search, rich-text authoring, version history, reusable templates, clause libraries, electronic signatures through OpenSign, reminders, obligation monitoring, analytics, reports, audit trails, and role-based permissions. It is suited to organizations that want an open-source CLM with web, API, and self-hosted deployment options.

Pricing covers both managed cloud and self-hosted use. The Free cloud plan costs $0 forever and includes 1 user, unlimited contracts, basic contract management, simple workflows, limited e-signatures, and basic reporting. Professional costs $49 per month and adds advanced workflows, unlimited e-signatures, API access, custom fields and templates, Slack and Salesforce integrations, while still listing 1 user. Teams costs $649 per month for up to 25 users and adds advanced analytics and dashboards, custom approval workflows, bulk operations, advanced permissions, audit logs, and compliance features. Enterprise adds unlimited users, SSO with SAML or OAuth, white-labeling, a 99.9% uptime SLA, a dedicated account manager, and custom integrations. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Self-hosted plans make OpenCLM a practical fit for teams that want more control over deployment. Self-Hosted Free costs $0 one-time and includes community support; Self-Hosted Professional costs $199 per month with email support; and Self-Hosted Teams costs $519 per month with priority support. Self-Hosted Enterprise adds dedicated support and an SLA. The integration set includes OpenSign, Keycloak, Slack, and Salesforce, while the REST API supports contract and workflow integration. Choose OpenCLM for open-source flexibility, configurable approvals, and self-hosting. Teams needing lower-cost multi-user cloud access or more fully specified paid tiers should compare alternatives.
